Customer Care

We're here to help you.  Email, call, snailmail us.  We will make it better, make it right, or do the right thing, with a few caveats called out below. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Privacy & Safety

We use the default terms of service and privacy policies.  We're just Brad and Katy, not a data-hungry corporation.  You can find a link to our full Terms of Service here.

Payment Methods

We process payments via Stripe, which means almost any credit or debit card will work, and it automatically allows a few other payment gateways. We don't store any of your payment info—Stripe does—and they probably already have it from another purchase anyway.

Shipping Policy

We're currently US-only, and shipping is included in your subscription cost. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers and insurance coverage automatically emailed to you.

 

Shipping Schedule:  
- Orders placed by 11:59 PM on the 1st of the month ship 10th of that month
- Orders placed after the 1st ship with the following month's shipment
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping

 

International Shipping:
Not available yet, but we'd love to expand! Want to help us figure it out for your country? Reach out and let's talk.

 

Note: Tracking and insurance are included for all subscription shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

Is the product damaged or missing items?  Let us know immediately and we'll make it right.

 

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of our curated subscription service and shipping costs, we typically cannot offer refunds for personal preference or change of mind.  However, if there's a quality issue or error on our part, we'll work with you to find a solution.

All subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.

 

Billing Timing: If you cancel after being billed for your next shipment, that shipment will still be sent but you won't be charged again.

Cutoff Window: Changes to your subscription (pause, cancel, or modify) must be made by 11:59 PM on the 1st of the month to take effect before that month's shipment.

Processing Note: If we're currently processing your box, you may not see the cancel option until after the package has shipped.

 

Add-Ons: Birthday and Seasonal add-on cards are one-time and cannot be refunded once shipped.
